Before You Begin
Read carefully over each section so that you inform us of every detail concerning your project. Please only submit a project that has full content provided.
GRAPHIC REQUESTS:
Your 14-day turnaround timeline will not begin until we have all content for the project and approved budget/account number (if applicable).
WEEKLY PLANNER, VIDEO ANNOUNCEMENTS & WEBSITE:
5pm Friday (9 days before) is the weekly cut off time for any last-minute request for the upcoming week. If you submit a request after 5pm on a Friday, it will not be included in the advertising for the upcoming week.
1. All Project Requests are subject to pastoral approval.
2. Please expect your announcement to run for approximately two weeks. This is up to the discretion of
the Media Department, and is dependent upon the number of announcements currently running.
3. If your event needs to be advertised on the website prior to the Weekly Planner and the Video
Announcements, please specify the appropriate run dates for your event.
4. For website events, you MUST specify the end date for your event so we can keep the website
current.
We want to accommodate all of your needs, but cannot guarantee that we will complete projects requested with less than 7 days to complete. If you have a last-minute request, go ahead and complete this form, but please follow-up via email and phone, informing us of your request.
